Telescopic lifting beam with forklift pockets

Boscaro telescopic lifting beams are designed for the safe handling of loads with adjustable lower lifting points, offering maximum flexibility according to the size and geometry of the load to be lifted.

The lower lifting points are located at the ends of two telescopic side beams that slide out from a central main beam. By adjusting the extension of the side beams, the overall length of the lifting beam and, consequently, the spacing between the lifting points can be easily adapted to suit the dimensions and lifting points of the load.

The standard configuration features a single central upper lifting point, consisting of a suspension lug sized according to the beam's working load limit. Upon request, the suspension point can be customised with different configurations, including two or more upper lifting points, to meet specific lifting and load balancing requirements.

For easier handling within production facilities or on construction sites, the lifting beam is also equipped with integrated fork pockets, allowing safe and convenient transport and storage using a forklift truck.

In addition to the standard catalogue models, Boscaro designs and manufactures custom telescopic lifting beams, developed according to the customer's specific requirements, including length, telescopic extension, capacity, lifting point configuration and accessories.

All lifting beams are designed and manufactured in compliance with the Machinery Directive, are CE marked, and are supplied complete with an operation and maintenance manual. Upon request, a structural calculation report signed by a qualified engineer and any additional technical documentation required by the customer can also be provided.
