Laydown concrete bucket complete with rubber hose and radio-controlled opening

The BC-R concrete bucket features a radio-controlled opening system and is the radio-controlled version of the BC bucket.

Its special laydown design makes filling by concrete mixer truck easier, while the fork pockets allow the bucket to be easily handled on the ground using a forklift or telehandler.

The central discharge is operated by a gate valve controlled remotely via a 4-button radio remote control, with a range of up to 100 metres. The system allows the operator to control the opening and closing of the bucket from a distance, making concrete pouring operations easier and safer.

The bucket is also equipped with an electric vibrator, operated via the radio remote control, which facilitates the discharge of concrete and helps ensure a smooth and consistent material flow.

In the event of a low battery, the system is designed to ensure the automatic closing of the valve, preventing accidental concrete discharge.

The BC-R is supplied complete with a rubber hose, allowing the concrete to be directed precisely to the required point. The hose is available in different sizes and lengths according to specific operating requirements.

Available in different capacities, the BC-R is particularly suitable for construction sites where concrete discharge needs to be controlled remotely and with greater precision.

For buckets with capacities over 2500 litres, we recommend the configuration with two lifting eyes instead of the lifting bow, for easier handling of large-capacity buckets.
